Frequently Asked Question (FAQS)

No, we are a CASHLESS event. You can buy drink, food and raffle tickets in advance on our not for profit website (we will be emailing you the link to buy them.) OR, you can buy tickets with a credit card or Visa/MC debit card at the event at the check-in tent at the front of the venue. We prefer you buy them in advance to keep lines down.  NO CASH PLEASE. You can use cash to tip your beer, wine and cocktails servers in the alcohol sales tent.

Yes, only those with valid and unexpired photo ID will be admitted. No exceptions. 

We prefer everyone take an Uber of Lyft for convenience. If you are not drinking or you have a designated driver, limited parking is available on the street or you can park for free in Three Weavers Brewing's lot located at 1031 W Manchester Blvd A-B, Inglewood, CA 90301 (short .4 mile walk to venue.)  

Come right to the check-in tables and beverage ticket sales booth at the front of the venue. Please have your tickets ready to scan on your phone (turn up your brightness all the way) and/or have your printed tickets with you. Go to the check-in table with your last name initial. 

Ample licensed security guards and City of Inglewood Police will be actively walking around the outside and inside of the venue for all of our protection. Be kind and offer to buy them a cold water or non-alcoholic beverage. 

As we know June weather in L.A. can be gloomy or super hot, come prepared accordingly.  You will be in the sunlight in the beer garden for sure, we suggest wearing a hat and bring sunscreen. VIP reserved banquet tables will be under a 10x10's tent but the sun still manages to sneak in, be prepared for sunlight. 

We prefer you bring a clear bag so security can quickly search your belongings coming in. If you bought a meet and greet experience, you can bring books and memorabilia in for Richard Blade or the artists we have lined up. No alcohol is allowed to be brought in. No weapons please, our security and/or Inglewood Police will take it from you. 

Check-in will scan your VIP reserved table purchase receipt and point out where to find your table. Tables will be clearly marked with the last name of the person who bought the table. All tables have chairs accordingly. 

We will  email you a time for your meet and greet. Most are scheduled between 3 PM and 4 PM. 

Drink tickets will be offered online by the not for profit, we will email everyone. Drink and Food Tickets will also be available for sale at the Check-In and Ticket Sales Booth at the front of the venue. 

Yes, Three Weavers and Stone Brewing Beers, Porch Pounder Wines, and Juneshine Cocktails from 2 PM - 6 PM (Last call: 5:45 PM). We will have non-alcoholic drinks available for sale also (water, flavored water, etc.) 

Yes, we have a food truck lined up that serves great food. They will be serving from 2 PM to 5:30 PM. Food tickets will be available for sale online, we will email everyone and you can buy food tickets at the check-in and ticket sales table at the front of the venue. 

Everyone can help support Alt Hall by buying raffle tickets at the check-in table and ticket sales booth at the front of the venue. No alcohol allowed outside the gate.  We are a cashless event only, have a credit card or Visa/MC debit card ready. You can tip your servers in our alcohol booth with cash. 

We will have original concert posters and handbills as prizes, some of these are very collectible and valuable. Also, Dodgers tickets, concert tickets, a magnum of wine, cans of Russian River Brewing's Pliny The Elder beer, restaurant gift cards & more. Help the Hall, buy raffle tickets, all the money goes to support the not for profit organization. 

Yes, signs will point you in the direction to go inside the recording studio building. Music videos and speakers are inside along with an area to get your groove on dancing. Meet and greets will take place inside. The AC will be running inside!  

We will have plenty of LED screens showing music videos with speakers throughout the outside and inside of the venue. You will be able to see the videos and hear the music.

We will let everyone know if Mother Nature is calling and we have to reschedule the date. Odds are this won't happen in late June in L.A., never say never. 

Yes, we have a ramp to get up and inside the recording studio building and the fenced in beer garden is all flat, perfectly fine for a wheel chair.  

We suggest that you watch your personal belongings always, people are people, theft can happen anywhere. We are not responsible for stolen or lost items. We suggest labeling your belongings. especially books and memorabilia you brought to get signed at a meet & greet. If we find it, we will email you and arrange to ship it to you at your expense.  

We prefer you don't but well tamed dogs only please if you bring your pup everywhere with you. Dogs will not be permitted inside the recording studios building which could be a problem if you bought a meet & greet experience. Of course seeing eye dogs and required dogs are allowed everywhere. 

We are sending people who attend to the Los Angeles Airport Marriott. 1.5 miles from Volume Recording Studios where the fundraiser is being held at. Always us Uber or Lyft if you choose to drink, and do not have a totally sober non-drinking driver. Reservations: (310) 641-5700 or Marriott.com

No smoking inside the gates or inside the recording studio. A designated smoking area will be clearly marked, it is located at the very front of the entrance driveway next to the street.
